Since the October lows, the S&P 500 is up nearly 100%, and during this period, SWCM clients have had returns significantly higher than the S&P. Given this, the market's overall trend is likely to be higher in the coming years. See the chart below. 

 

Here's what the previous five bull markets that made it this far looked like. The bottom line? Continued gains would be perfectly normal. We expect the same going forward.  Stay invested.  

 

 

 

It's important to note that continued volatility is expected as we navigate numerous obstacles in the geopolitical and macroeconomic environment. Overall, the fundamentals of the companies we own and are invested in remain solid and undervalued. More to follow.
